I don't know about other Dai people, but the Zhuang people do have bamboo dance. Maybe the Tai Ya people also have (though I am not 100% sure).

This is from Sanyuesan Festival which is like Zhuang version of Valentine's Day (not literally lol)

2. A bamboo dance the Tai Daeng call Kuck Long, " where participants dance between bamboo sticks as they are moved and banged together to create the rhythm during New year.
